Location: the hotel was just next door to local shops and clean park and Nelson's Bay, Lemon Tree. Room was recently renovated with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are sufficient and the air conditioning is a bonus, especially on hot days. The breakfast served here is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to a local IGA and RSL club, providing easy access to necessities and entertainment.

Everything was fantastic with brand-new and a nice size rooms. All the staffs were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered variety of great meals. The hotel's position was quiet and comfortable, to Nelson bay for bread. I appreciated this, haven't been in a better property.

The location near the jetty was stunning, perfect for relaxing evenings by the water or enjoying nature photography. I recently stayed at a fantastic holiday park in Karuah and had a wonderful time. The facilities were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the size of the park - there was a play area, jumping pillow, and pool on site, perfect for kids to have a great time. The location was also great, just off the highway and easily accessible. Plus, the park offered free WiFi, which was a nice bonus. Despite a few minor issues like finding hair in the sheets and some ants in the bathroom, I still had a great experience. I highly recommend this holiday park for families looking for a fun and affordable getaway.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant! The hotel facilities are amazing and the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the parking was easily accessible. The location was just off the highway, making it easy to access, but not close to any exciting attractions.

Our Xmas stay was enjoyable due to the clean and comfortable cabin. The pool and facilities were great for the kids and the location near the water was stunning. The staff responded quickly to any needs we had and were friendly.

There were a few maintenance issues in our cabin that we noticed and the BBQ across from us wasn't working. our stay was good, but these issues could have been improved.

Mind-blowing stay! Our 2-bedroom cabin was super comfortable with nice furniture, air conditioning, and a timber deck with outdoor dining area. The cleanliness and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location near the jetty was jaw-droppingly beautiful. It was our first time at a caravan park, and we were amazed at how well-equipped and spotless everything was. We even walked to the nearby bowls club for an excellent dinner. Highly recommend for a fantastic getaway!

The hotel was conveniently located near the RSL club where we enjoyed a nice Chinese meal. It was also close to the highway and all necessary amenities inside. However, there weren't any exciting attractions nearby.

We encountered a few maintenance issues in our room, such as uneven board surfaces and broken equipment.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We received two free complementary drinks upon arrival. the location was ideal and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The room was extremely outdated and had a strong musty smell. the experience was underwhelming and did not meet our expectations.
